What format do I supply my logo files?
EPS is always preferred. Ai. files are also usually okay. PDF’s are acceptable if the elements are vectorised prior to saving.
JPEG, PNG and TIFF’s cannot be used for large scale print or incorporating them into your new design.
If in doubt, send us your whole design package (if you have one) and we can sort through to see if any files are able to be used.
Do you offer Graphic design services?
We have a team of Qualified Graphic Designers ready to take on most jobs you throw at them.
What payment options do you offer?
Bank Transfer, Credit/Debit Card, Cash, and PayPal.
Do you offer building signage that lasts 10 years?
We do. This is for ACM panels with a two-pack UV coating.
How do I get a quote?
Depending on the job, our team will either meet you on-site to measure up and take photos for business signage, or you will be asked to bring it (your vehicle) in. Sometimes we are able to quote from photos emailed to us too!
Can you update a logo or re-design?
We have a team of Qualified Graphic Designers ready to take on your logo design. Whether it’s a branding refresh, or a brand new design!
How long would it take to wrap a car/boat?
Vehicle wraps can take anywhere from 1-5 days, and boats can take 1-3 usually. It depends on the size! Bets to contact one of the team for an accurate answer.
Can you do removal of previous decals only? How long does a removal take?
We can definitely do removal-only. Removal can take anywhere from 20 minutes to 3 days. It really depends on the size of your wrap, and the age of the wrap.
Do you design and supply shirts?
Absolutely! We absolutely love being able to offer all sorts of signage – including long and short sleeve dye-sublimated shirts.
How long on completion of design to shirts/stubbies arrive?
Design is usually a couple of days – depending on the complexity. Shirts can take 2-6 weeks depending on the quantity.
How long would my car wrap last?
This depends on how well you care for your wrap. If it’s kept garaged, and out of the sun, you could get expect around 5 years before you notice signs of aging. The horizontal panels (bonnets and roofs) will always age first if kept in the sun.
Do you guarantee your quality of work?
Absolutely. Our wraps come with a 12 month warranty on workmanship, given that you follow your wrap care sheet (given to you at collection of your vehcile) carefully.
How do I maintain the care of my product?
You will be given a wrap care sheet on collection of your vehicle. If you would like to see a copy of this, please email one of the team who will be able to send it to you.
Can you print photos or images onto wraps?
Definitely! We recommend professional or stock photos due to the size of the print we need for car wraps.
How soon is payment needed?
Payment is required on collection of your vehicle, or on the date of your installation (business signage). On jobs larger than $1000 you may be asked to pay a 50% deposit to lock in your job.
How do I claim 5% off my quote?
Written quote must be supplied for proof and within in 30 days of date, must be same product and materials, Townsville locals only.
